Intel Xeon Processor Scalable family を搭載した計算機を出荷致します。
Intel Xeon Processor Scalable family 特徴
・最大28コア、56スレッド、最大 8Socket 対応。
・ミドルレベルキャッシュが増加（MLC=1MB/Core）、
ラストレベルキャッシュは減少（LLC=1.375MB xCore）。
・メモリは 6channels DDR4-2666、1 CPU 辺り12枚のメモリ搭載が可能。
・Ultra Path Interconnect（UPI）10.4GT/s 最大3本。
・拡張命令セット Intel AVX-512 搭載。
・PCI Express Generation 3.0 は各 CPU に 48 レーン。
・FPGA、Omni-path Fabric 搭載モデルあり。
